How long have you been coaching for?

My own fitness journey began long ago, in the almighty Summer of 1992, and so for 32 years, I have been going strong with no breaks.

After pursuing a career as a London Firefighter, I began coaching 20+ years ago, and so have been till this very day.

How does your coaching work like?

We offer 3 different packages of 3 months; 6 months; 12 months of a fully-tailored 1:1 coaching, lead by me and my team of two professional doctors, including professional mindset coach, Dr. Rakish Rana, and your personal hormone and bloodwork specialist, Dr. Qian Xu. We catch up on frequent calls any time of the week, track every part of your journey, and ensure the goals you've placed for yourself get crushed.

How do you differ from other fitness coaches?

It's a great question, when we take a look around nowadays, it almost seems as if everyone's copying everyone else online, especially in the fitness coach market, there's truly too many of them. But that's exactly why I'm not giving this up, and continuing no matter my age or self-lacking belief, and neither should you. By providing value that I've personally gathered over 3 decades and from a network of the greatest bodybuilders ever, I've built out a fully strategized fitness plan that has helped 300+ of my clients before YOU.

How long will it take for me to achieve my goals?

Everything depends on your goals. Don't set the bar too low for you though, focus on achieving truly impactful results, by that I mean going past just your average six-pack or smaller waist, what matters the most is within you, focus on your inner health and wellness, everything else will come by itself. In general, it usually takes my clients 4-6 weeks to get you on the right path, 6-12 weeks for the first results to start kicking in, 12-24 weeks to achieve your goals and vision, 20-40 weeks to achieve perfection and become a master at craft.

What if I do not achieve my goals?

If you truly invest yourself into this, there is no reason I can think of that wouldn't allow you to achieve the result. However, if you truly do and something doesn't work out as planned, I'll keep you coaching for FREE until the result is achieved till perfection.

Do you offer a free consultation call?

Is there anything else besides your 1:1 coaching?

Yes, there is! I run a simple Skool community full of 101 modules to getting started, losing weight, building muscle, upgrading your body composition and extending your longevity, as well, a full-on community of winners, and straight 24h access to me and my team.
